February 15th, added COVID19 vaccine clinic through HealthONE

Updated from HealthONE received February 15, 2021

HealthOne recently started a community vaccine clinic for members of the general public who meet the State’s current tiering criteria. Given the limited supply of COVID-19 vaccine, the vaccines for the general public are being distributed by appointment only at North Suburban Medical Center located in Thornton. We will be setting up additional community vaccine clinics at other locations as soon as we can.

Individuals who meet the State’s tiering criteria may sign up online to receive additional information and instructions about scheduling an appointment to get the COVID-19 vaccine.   The link to register is healthonecares.com/vaccine.   An appointment is REQUIRED to receive the COVID-19 vaccine; due to the very limited supply of vaccine we are receiving, walk-up vaccinations ARE NOT available.

Those who do not have access to email or need additional assistance can call 303-453-2477.   They will be instructed to leave a message with their full name, date of birth and phone number.   Once on the list, they will receive an email or a call when it is time for to schedule their vaccine.   We encourage any member of the public who is eligible to receive a vaccine to get that vaccine from any possible source.   That may mean getting on a wait list from a variety of providers and getting the first available vaccine.
